My name is Kim Dreiling and these are my two beautiful children Evie and Bradey. I started blogging a few weeks after my daughter was born in 2008. I wanted to help teach other moms "how to raise healthy children." My main goal is to spread the word of health. There are many different alternatives and healthy ways to raise our children. It's my privilege to help you through this process. I provide you with the tools that you need to enhance your child/family's nutrition plan, daily activities, home life, exercise, living toxin free, getting organized, inspiration and most of all having fun raising your children. Fun Snack

Having a boy I'm realizing how much protein he eats and needs! He is always Hungary! A good friend of mine suggested I prepare protein snacks and keep them in the refrigerator. I thought of making fun shaped pieces of hamburger. I took cookie cutters and made these different shapes.
Recipe for hamburger
lean grass fed antibiotic/hormone free hamburger meat
beaten egg
garlic salt
pepper
basil
bread crumbs
finely chopped purple onion
