My name is Kim Dreiling and these are my two beautiful children Evie and Bradey. I started blogging a few weeks after my daughter was born in 2008. I wanted to help teach other moms "how to raise healthy children." My main goal is to spread the word of health. There are many different alternatives and healthy ways to raise our children. It's my privilege to help you through this process. I provide you with the tools that you need to enhance your child/family's nutrition plan, daily activities, home life, exercise, living toxin free, getting organized, inspiration and most of all having fun raising your children. A Different Stimulation

The last few weeks, I started to go back to work for a few hours a week. When I say a few, I mean an hour here and there. I work at my husband's office which allows me to come and go when I please and bring my kid's if need be. I haven't worked in 3 1/2 years. At first it was very hard to get into the groove of things. Now, I'm ready to do more. I found that not only the adult conversation, the stimulation of something new and exciting, using my brain, and getting out of the house has helped me in more ways than one. I would have never started working again if I wasn't encouraged by others. This encouragement has been going on for a long time. I always ignored it. I finally listened and it was the best thing I've done not only for myself but for my children, my husband, and our business.
Find out what stimulates you. Write it down and set goals for yourself. Take baby steps towards meeting your goals.
