My name is Melody Plumb

My name is Melody Plumb.  I am involved in the Maximized Living Mom’s group because I believe it’s important to learn from other moms about how to raise a healthy child.   All aspects of health are important.  Our minds, our bodies, our emotions, and our spirits can be rejuvenated by the smallest of things.  Getting together to watch our kids interact and play, learning from some of the top people in their field about nutrition, fitness, and overall health, and making friends with other moms is important for us.  We connect to inspire and encourage one another to be happy mom’s.  Our goal is to raise kids that love God, love who He made them to be, and are excited about what He has for their lives.
